Shelley Fischer, CFP® - Director of Financial Planning


Shelley Fischer works with our clients on extended financial planning, which goes beyond investment analysis and retirement planning to include social security optimization, reviewing, tax returns, mortgages, insurance, credit, debts, other financial structures, as well as wills and trusts. She also supervises the Wealth Managers on the team.

Prior to a long career in financial planning, Shelley managed Sotheby’s Financial Services in New York making loans collateralized by art. She maintains broad connections in the art world.

Shelley received her CFP® designation in 1999 after completing all coursework at NYU.  She studied French and Psychology at the University at Buffalo and French Literature and Philosophy at the Université de Vincennes-Saint-Denis (Paris).

Shelley enjoys attending art galleries and fairs worldwide, and is committed to meditation and daily walks along the Hudson River.
